This varies and is a first come first serve basis. Generally 5 to 7 days from the day you dropped off your WDF, depending on the severity of our workload for the week.
7:30pm is the last load of the night. This allows enough time for you to wash and dry before closing time at 9:00pm.
We are happy to accommodate all of your large items. Our largest washer and dryer can hold up to 60 lbs capacity!
Unfortunately we currently do not offer leather cleaning services. The nearest leather cleaner is in Spokane, WA.

Yes, however, it depends on the staffing and workload for that day. There is a maximum charge of $5 per washer that needs to be transferred, plus you will be responsible for the cost of dry time (dry time varies, depending on how long it takes to completely dry, unless otherwise specified.)
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged clothing that is done in the self serve laundromat. We are happy to answer or help with any questions on things such as stain removal, shrinkage etc.
Yes, however, our staff is not responsible for looking after your items so please know that this is at your own risk.

Yes, we provide all three of these services. All of these services have a turn around time of 7 to 10 days. Some exceptions can be made depending on the specific circumstance.
Yes, you can. But please add the pod inside the washer with the clothes. Putting them in the soap dispenser clogs the dispenser. Thank you!
